agree that the cash burn wasn't needed but the opportunity needed to be explored.
I cant say that nearly 500k on legals sounds right though??? that is some major expenditure - what would they have had to do to incur such expense?
Will have to look through a few other takeover offers I have been through and see what was incurred there for cross reference
