In your opinion would they have needed to go into a TH back in June if that was the case? I imagine if a take over offer was on the table and serious discussions were being had the company would have to have gone into suspension while the DD was done? It may go to show the ship isn't as leaky as once suspected, a part from the $130k odd that was off loaded a few days ago there has been very little swing in momentum either way while this has been unfolding behind the scenes.
