I have questioned accuracy of forecasts and quarterlies over time also. The fact that they have hidden the legals associated with the recent approach confirms this... nothing unusual and all within forecasts - shows how much wiggle room they have in "normal expenditure"

In regards to user numbers.. the vast chunk of that is likely to be BoA... as that is the first update we have had from them since it launched... but as with any 9SP - there is ambiguity around the actuals. Perhaps at this size, it is necessary - I am not certain.
