A bit left field here, I wonder if anyone bought in on this after being given a tid bit of info and then sold out 130k worth a few days ago after finding out that it wasn't going through?
My take is that they were keen, we have pivoted our focus, they didn't see value in the cross selling of the SMB business tool and the deal fell through. Based on the language around the mystery global business it must have been a heavy weight.
Could have been a nice xmas bonus here if the price was right, for now we keep grinding!
