    The 15c level was chosen for the same reasons I backed this shell at 8c
    Smart money deal makers and backers put in money at 8c and want an uplift to their seed money
    Last time the deal they were pursuing was going to have any consolidation so implied 20c this time 15c either way they want an uplift so was happy to back them for the ride
