The fact that this is an RTO play, rather than the traditional 20c IPO, gives it a major advantage.
The fact of 7c as relisting price gives it more of an psychological affinity to get this pushed to double digits.
If there is on-market support at the 7c mark on relisting date, then holders may see this go up on strategic newsflow.
EV is certainly attractive, not to mention huge cash position.
