None the less after an ann like this, you would expect it to progress the sp, even if by 1c, you would not expect it to go backwards. It seems to me that if the terms of progress on milestones for the company are not linked to share price, then an ann can be worded to correlate with that clause and not result in growth in value but could result in millions of shares issued at 0.01c, which could be later sold on market for 0.9 or below as it drops back to 0.6. I don't like it.
