Probably would have just been easier to say no one would pay a cent for the coal assets so if you want to turn a dollar we have decided to break into two companies. Then come back to share holders to put millions into a development plan in partnership with a contract mining house and hope and pray someone through that long winded and complex process trys to buy us. Not to mention that problems with mining approvals, lack of funds to do the work to "unlock that true potential" etc will take years, so we go around the merry go round.

Dump the coal assets at the few million dollars that has been vaguely mentioned in some vague phone calls since we dont have any formal written offers and give the share holders back some money............
