re: Ann: Cougar Energy Sues Queensland Govern... CXY are up against it, all the resources of the state against one company. This is the state that jailed the leader of an opposition political party. It's anything goes, when it comes to defending the ruling clique in Queensland. The state is going to indemnify the senior public servants who took the ill founded decision over benzene contamination against CXY.
Should't people be responsible for their decisions if it harms other? Just like we are if we get it wrong with our trades. What about the same rules for senior public servants as the ones company directors are expected to follow. And don't live in hope for a Liberal victory in the next state election. The Liberals are pretty wishy washy in these matters. We need a political party that represents capital and labour, not all the parasites and complainers.
