Looks like a dud - DEV apparently did step out soil sampling over hundreds of meters around the pit.
They didn't release the results, but withdrew instead (which is interesting in itself)
I need to check out the LOI terms again but IHMO the vendor should be paying CGM instead if they want wider exploration to be done (and maybe some drilling)
I am ok with CGM having a look atm, as the mineralisation had to come from somewhere, and there is some aluvial cover which can stuff up soil sampling, but dont think 100k is reasonable in any lump sum as CGM
is already in a bind with cash.
The DEV agreement had lots of small progress payments which looked like a good setup.
