And within the announcement there would have also been a statement by TK highlighting the significance of such news.

TK - where is your statement on why this is good news for the company and the shareholders?? Surely saying something positive in regards to the granting of patents that protect our technology in our home country of Australia and also in Japan is not a breach of your Pzifer confinement??
