The contingent liability SEQ has already booked is higher I believe so even under the worst case scenario this means SEQ books a net gain on the accounts, and an even higher gain shall SEQ prevail. There is no evidence to suggest Tim has any particular upper hand so for now I see it as at the very least a positive outcome for shareholders regardless.
