Almost no one predicted the severity of the global tech decline and both IHR and 3DP were casualties.
The offer from KKR and counter offer don’t just magically happen. These are multi billion dollar organisations with global recognition.
They didn’t find a micro cap 20mill stock in Australia on their own. This business has been strategically pitched to these organisations.
I suspect BS is negotiating this and he’s trying to drive maximum value for shareholders. Now we are in position where we could see another counter offer from KKR.
They have first bid rights to match the offer.
