Hi Prepper, if you go back and listen to an interview Matt Longworth gave when MCT were first talking about the farm-in to Kookynie he was intimating MCT had a ~10 year plan for the realization of the Kookynie project. Any who invested here looking for short term SP glory did not understand the MCT long term strategy.
My feeling is that the TO was always a part of that plan (regardless of timing) and that on a successful TO (or not) a share consolidation would take place (at some point in time) to then stabilize the company as drilling progressed with the obvious objective of hitting the motherlode and ultimately establishing a working operation.
