I'm not sure why the family ties of CFO and CSO (do they actually have one?) would bring comfort - many would see this as being a little too 'in house' to be conducive to a truly transparent organization.
Yes, agreed, the question of whether, or not, any of the products 1) work, and 2) can return the company a profit, is the make or break issue.
