Previously, Graham Melrose was in trouble with ASIC over Chemeq in 2004 which included a $500,000 fine for non-dislosure which contributed to its demise. Given RCE is somewhat related to Chemeq, you'd think they would have learned to keep to ASIC rules no matter how small the disclosure. Though I think nothing will come of Tuesday which will be as great as $500k. Search "Graham Melrose Chemeq ASIC".
