Well there you have it folks, if you own up to your mistakes and seek to rectify, your shares are reinstated to trade.
I would imagine lying to the ASX and withholding information they request would have the opposite effect. In that case you'd probably end up with your share suspended indefinitely and possibly defending multiple breaches of the Corps Act in court with ASIC.
