Whatever is happening doesn't paint a good picture of the board. This type of thing doesn't happen by mistake. Agreed that the SP had a good run. But, this doesn't absolve the board. Integrity has to be paramount. This is a fledgling company. Future seems to be bright. I will suggest to the board not to ruin it because of greed.
