For my less than sophisticated fellow shareholders whom asked why we didn’t go into a trading halt for this process, it clearly states in the scheme notice that if you don’t wish to have stock listed on the NASDAQ or receive CDIs one of your options is to sell on market. So what we have experienced is people exercising that option, what’s the bet if we had of gone into suspension for this process the same individuals would then be bleating they should be given the option to get out!
