Hi technoz - the following is from the scheme booklet -
If you receive your communications from the company electronically you should have received an email on 4 September advising the Notice of Meeting. There is a link to take you to Computershare to lodge your proxy vote and you can find the Chairman's letter and booklet on that site as well as other forms.
