24 months ago the spiel that one and half billion would not be enough to buy the Company at that time, do the maths; CRs in this time period, options taken up and the upcoming IPO; the Company will have effectively been sold at a fraction of this one and half billion valuation. Certainly also belies the ‘minimal’ dilution mantra.
Chance to dosplay some strategic nous and sell the Company at way higher than the current sp in the upcoming IPO? …. let’s see.
