If detrimental to RIs and the Company?, with the sp driven down so a potential opportunistic share grab occurs, ensuring a huge chunk of the Company sold at a pittance.
But as I said previously most likely a non-issue as far as the Company is concerned as long as it receives its funds.
Certainly not a level playing field for RIs but it is what it is.
