I find it very disappointing that the company has not had an interview or presentation explaining their plan to list on te Nasdaq and how it may affect current shareholders. Why is the Investor relations or the CEO not explaining the fundamentals to the ordinary shareholders, presumably many they have shaken hands with in the past, and who have supported the company through the growing pains.
I believe I understand the the fundamentals but I would like to get that reassurance from management as well.
