I am disappointed with this offer. The original offer was 27 cents. I see a lot of long-term value in Damstra. All IT stocks were severely impacted by market conditions in 2022. There was a strong rebound in the magnificent seven stocks (Amazon, Alphabet, Meta etc) in 2023/4 but other IT stocks have stayed depressed. I see them as being re-rated in the next year or so as the market realises the value in small cap IT stocks.

My preference would be for this Scheme to be rejected. If that fails I would like the offer to be increased or a competitor to come along.
