    Those with more experience.. Q:

    the assessment by independent valuer says the bid is in the 'fair' range ...but gee whiz, only just!!
    ...4% above the bottom of the assessed fair value range (ie $1.81 vs $1.74).

    As such, the directors, especially those agreeing to accept the mixed consideration offer, might not be overly thrilled right now?

    (Or am I reading that wrong / giving the report too much weight?)
