T, another happy yes voter here. Make no mistake. There will be no sugar added to the mix. Since the offer was made, SPR has had it's s/p dragged up from .90c to $2.05 at time of posting. Will be surprised if RMS don't see revenue of 350 mill this QTR! SPR yet to produce an ounce. I thought the offer was more than generous when announced, and still maintain that mindset. I think it's a very smart amalgamation, and will kick us into the big league, in a big way.GLTA
