The trading has been quite interesting, buying up to $4.63 I suppose the buyers could do this feeling reasonably secure, sensing they will get "at a minimum ", at least $4.60 plus a dividend of "up to " 5 cents, so if they just buy up to 3 cents over $4.60 they still give themselves a little buffer in case the dividend is below 5 cents. The potential gain though, could be huge if another bidder came in, so by playing this out on a Risk v Reward (RvR) basis you'd have almost nothing to lose and a lot to "potentially " gain, while the worst case scenario is likely to be the status quo. It's a very good Risk v Reward bet, if you have the ability to let your money sit there until the end is played out, like a fund would have, or those with spare cash. I'm wondering what the final cut-off day or date is for any other bidder to come in. I suppose it might be the day the meeting results are reported. Gw

Gwaihir, A lot of volume today through at 4.62/63...not much fat in this if you are buying for 5c dividend?? big gamble for maybe 2c worth when they haven't as yet even confirmed a div will be paid. Its not Posco buying shares, just makes you wonder who is buying them at this level.
