Independent experts are a joke mostly, easy cash for telling everyone what they want to hear, with very little justification or explanation, they're just full of more bureaucracy and quasi-regulatory spin really, to make things look official and proper, and it's a job that any moron could do.

I'd say it's done and dusted now, so give us a definitive answer on the dividend please, will it "definitely" be 5 cents unfranked?
