I keep reading people saying they need to get 75% to pass the vote. That is incorrect as they also need to get 50% of the number of voters that vote !!! So the little guy/gal gets a genuine say if they are prepared to take the time to vote in numbers.
If the Ukraine situation flares up into conflict, then Posco may regret making it a Scheme of Arrangement. At what point is the SXY Directors required to have the IER do an update to the range. Many would and have suggested the October figures they based their assessment upon, are "out of date".
