@CEOChair they were paid $250k plus gst to do the report.

like @Gwaihir i don't pay much attention to IER's as they are not trying to value the business and get the seller the best price- they are offering an opinion whether an offer "is fair and reasonable".

Well maybe us unhappy shareholders should take out a full page advert to assist the seller in getting the best price?
