The world is being revalued and the so called smarties are jumping in buying cheap assets (what look too be forward looking cheap at the moment anyway).

A FOMO period will probably see a lot more smaller companies targeted. Thats when you will see the smarties start paying full or overfull valuations.

Getting a winner taken over at 3x is a good problem to have I reckon. I've had several taken out now at good multiples and trying to work out where to reinvest is the problem I'm struggling with.
