- The company is redomiciling to the US.
- Meaning it's primary listing will be the US listed company RECELL.
- It will continue to be listed here in Australia as AVH.
- 1 RECELL share equates to 20 AVH shares. You can work out the price relationship by dividing by 20 and using USD to AUD conversion.
- No change to business or company operations. Burns still need treating ASAP.
- This just makes the primary listing in the US official.
IMO the company can move forward, and SHers can look forward to some good news about actual business / sales / growth etc.
