Not much scope to play with the regulator. They are expected to be on track at least for the next 4 years for Rejen to build some credibility.
Company listed in Austrlia has more face value than it is listed in any other exchange near Malysai. He needs to build his image to do any business.
Even if he want to enlist the company in other exchnage, he needs to build his image credibility.
Just exercising voting power to do anything is gone for Rajen.
