mThey have a little time to put 3 pages together to submit to the court as to why the court should let them pay monthly I’ve a time period….

So they will put something together, the court will agree(or they will get fxukall) and the only ones the still will be suffering is the shareholders..

The same shit will still be going out the back door and the money being paid back over a decent period will leave the SP as good as dead….

So even if not bankrupt on paper it is in reality and the inners are still able to siffen off as much as they can……around $1m a quarter ain’t bad for destroying everyone that trusted him when completely lying to the public for self gain
