Experianced man on board?
Mr Lai is Founder and Managing Director of Singapore-based WeR1 Consultants Pte Ltd which provides counsel for investor relations and crisis communications to companies listed on regional exchanges.
He is experianced in consultancy, knowing how to spin investors and a bachelors degree in Journalism.....
He is too close to the Dr and they will all be painted with the same brush...
If he reduced admin, services and consultant fees from $1m a quarter down to $100k a quarter then i would say lets give him a go, but if we do actually open up for trading again(possible it will not)then i would pressume the Dr is running things from afar and Mr Lai will be his puppet and move the money where it has been going for years(legally)
