The following is an extract from an article just released in the Financial Review:
"But the judgment by the Court of Appeal in Brisbane has left all parties unclear about the way forward, with the court asking both sides to file submissions in the next fortnight on the next move".
This doesn't seem to quite line up with the NHC version of events.
