Hi de Bono,
Does cygnet directly control their investors interests, or do they advise their investors?
If the latter, then do we really know how those investors feel about the significant destruction in value they have experienced. Perhaps we're operating under a false assumption and they're not the lemmings we're effectively assuming them to be (apologies to any Cygnet associated investors in advance). In which case an egm could be beneficial.
If Cygnet does directly control their investors i would have expected to see them both in the list of top 20 shareholders in the last annual report and as significant (greater than five percent) investors. They weren't. Which suggests that they advise their investors, at least to me.
Regards,
Jazz
