For anyone interested, the FFR scheme booklet contains the independant technical report (from SKR) which is very interesting in terms of explaining the valuation (including listing comparable transactions etc) and generally understanding GCY a bit better (for me at least).

Page 235 is the table of contents and for 10 mins reading, there are a few 'SKR Opinions' headings that are worth a read. No screaming red flags, just interesting:
- the likelihood GCY DGP throughput rate staying above nameplate
- the method and data used for the FFR Melville resource
- the level of testing of FFR Melville Ore still to be done to determine recoveries
- the data used for the GCY Hibernian Resource
