Hi Gwaihir, FWIW, I doubt GCY and FFR are delaying at all, in everyone's interest to get it done as soon as possible. There are a number of steps that depend on other less motivated actors - like the ASIC signoff of the draft booklet (can't be done until they have the independent expert's report), then locking in the 2 court dates and the FFR meeting date (all done now).
