    My thoughts on KWR going to post merger dilution if done alone. ie 11.6M at todays price, or 47.4M at KWR average price before being pushed down.
    Further, burdens with the liability of a dated plant, no real gain in resources. With similar dilution KWR could acquire several high calibre projects. Just my thoughts, DYOR
