Thoughtful post, especially so in these anonymous forums where popularity can be comfort.
I expect the bulk of retail look at this in the most simplistic way. Old setup failed.
Proposed merger is out in black and white and sure has warts.
How fortunate holders are that this wart-less promised plan has turned up to protect holders value.
