Scott not sure how you can mention "cataclysmic fraud which discredited the company" without mentioning piss poor management oversight of appointments and financial procedures!
Our previous incompetent seniors set up this perfect opportunity.
This is a case study of layered incompetence by our previous board and management. They should explain in detail the due diligence - if any - that took place in making those in-country (China) appointments.
