They have products other companies and consumers are willing to buy and they are selling them. The COVID product mismanagement has proven to be very problematic for them, but for what it's worth, this news is almost a year old and and was priced in by the market back in October last year when ASIC announced their investigation. We can't say we didn't know this was coming, and it's not entirely bad news that the Doc is getting a serious reality check - It should send a clear message to others in the company and other directors on the ASX.
