Yeah I am not super concerned about this, sounds like they have had a beef for a while, this was from 2022.

I don't think anything came out of that so it is clear Greenstone had no leg to stand on.
Given where Greenstone is today and where OBM is this smells like Greenstone is dragging their feet out of spite. Petty petty. Surely they will not waste money and time over this and just give the bloody consent before that?
Looking at the response from each company it seems clear which one knows what they are talking about and which one doesn't.
I am no lawyer so, interested to hear others thoughts
