Has to be decided by Dec 7 for mining licence application. Its why Luso are drilling to put together a package to go mining. I wouldnt think they will get there in time for results but will be in time to prove they can apply for a mining application. They had an explorers licence and have only 2 years to go for mining licence otherwise it goes back on the market.
Thats why it could take 6-12mths to get the paperwork through under the NEW application process. But there wouldnt be any dispute about who owned it.
