Luso is broke, find it hard to believe they're drilling, have signed an agreement with NLI and are not binding to it and the only weapon they have is the tenment application by December. I'd say if they don't get the application they'll be in a worse negotial position. NLI has tenments surrounding this one and others in different areas so plenty of Li to explore if they want to play rough - which I doubt!
