The matters - all would be the same, though I only enquired about one - have been adjourned, again to Coffs Harbour Local Court, on 11 May 2021.

This may be a case of the prosecution not having supplied the defence with sufficient (i.e. all) requested documents, but I don't know that for sure as I do not know parties to the case personally, and nor did I attend the case in person on the day. The latter's difficult, time consuming and expensive for those holders who live a long way from Coffs.

It'd be great given this company started its life in Coffs if a local holder could attend on 11 May and fill us in on proceedings before Magistrate Mr Rogers.

We just know a case like this will drag on and on...
