The NSW Courts online listings have been updated, showing that LAU still had six matters (two for each of three 'Pty Ltd' subsidiaries) to be 'mentioned' on 1 November 2021 (yesterday).
As noted above, a 'mention' is typically like a progress report. One party may request that the magistrate order hat the other party produces documents by a specific date.
I tried calling but 'current estimated wait time' was 55 minutes (unlike other occasions when at most 10") so I'll redial at a future time.
