The NSW court lists have been updated.
One matter is due on 12 November 2021 to have its subpoena returned, so that means the matter has been finalised.
Three matters (including the 12 November one) are having a 'special fixture' on 22 November and the other three on 23 November.
My guess is that these proceedings may all be dismissed, which if true would be extremely good news for LAU. I don't have any inside information.
