The quote given by that lawyer:-
"My principals are of the opinion that it is of the utmost importance for the management of
the application of the law that the appeal is examined by a higher instance and that there are several reasons
for such an examination", writes lawyer Gunilla Högberg Björck in the appeal."
So she is saying and her only cause of appeal can be to say that the law has not been applied and those in the court of appeal have not done their job properly.
Um wonder how that is going to go down?
